Service Description. This Site describes Dolphin Watching, Sunset Cruises, Snorkeling Tours, Sightseeing Tours, Island Tours provided by Dolphin Island Tours. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
